~ List to be made public shortly ~

The Ministry of Finance has shared the list of employers that have received Payroll Support from the St. Maarten Stimulus & Relief Plan (SSRP) with the Labor Affairs & Social Services in order for them to better assess labor complaints. Division Labor Affairs & Social Services encourages employees who have not received their rightful salary, to come to the government building and let them know.

Employees will receive assistance where necessary and answers to any pertinent questions that the registrants may have regarding their rights and responsibilities as employees. In addition, Social Services will be available to assist with Legal Aid, in those cases where mediation has failed to arrive at an amicable solution between parties.

The Minister of Finance will also be making the list public shortly, after the change in regulation. For all official information regarding the SSRP, please visit the official website at www.ssrp.sx.
