As we approach the active hurricane season, the Emergency Support Function-7 (ESF-7) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of volunteers. ESF-7 plays a critical role in disaster preparedness and response efforts, ensuring our community is resilient in the face of adversity.

We invite all interested persons to attend our upcoming recruitment session:

Date: Thursday, July 11, 2024
Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Location: Government Building, Conference Room 1

The recruitment session will provide an overview of ESF-7's mission, responsibilities, and the vital role volunteers play in supporting our community during emergencies. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various volunteer opportunities, including roles in data collection, assessment, logistics, and support operations. "We are excited to welcome new volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in our community," said Joy Arnell, ESF-7 Coordinator. "Joining ESF-7 offers a unique opportunity to contribute to disaster preparedness and response efforts, ensuring our ability to assist those in need during critical times."
