BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS — Nearly three years after being founded, Caribbean Employment Services Inc. is celebrating a milestone in surpassing 50,000 unique website visits in a single month as it continues its mission to help Caribbean jobseekers find the best recruitment opportunities that match their skillset and talents.

Caribbean Employment Services Inc. is a market-leading digital talent acquisition service and online jobs board that aims to connect the top talent from the Caribbean with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers in companies both within the Caribbean as well as abroad. Further, it aims to provide the region’s jobseekers and those who are already employed with news and resources related to Caribbean labour.

“This is an incredible achievement for Caribbean Employment and we’re so thrilled that we continue to be able to help so many businesses and jobseekers connect with their best respective match,” said Joseph Boll, Caribbean Employment Services Inc. CEO. “Since we were founded in 2020, we’ve helped hundreds of Caribbean job seekers find and land their dream jobs, whether right at home in their own Caribbean countries or overseas with unique, attractive work-abroad opportunities.”

The group has continued to rise in prominence since its founding, and the number of unique visitors it has attracted has nearly doubled in the last few months as it continues to advertise exclusive job opportunities through its partnerships with top-tier employers who are dedicated to treating their employees fairly as well as achieving sustainability goals. Traffic progressively increased over the last year, reaching as high as some 30,000 in the month of November before skyrocketing to just shy of 51,000 in December.

Boll said, “We will only keep on improving from here and continuing to make our best effort to keep Caribbean jobseekers informed of job opportunities and other labour developments that would be of interest to them.”
