The festivities ignited with ‘Riddim & Glow’, Hookie Weekend's signature neon masquerade experience. Msqueraders dressed in Monday-wear, vibrant colours and glowing accessories, flooded the Rosecroft Raceway, creating a dazzling visual spectacle fuelled by flowing drinks and the infectious rhythms of Soca music from across the region.
The excitement reached another level at ‘Lion's Pride J'ouvert’, a cornerstone of the Hookie Weekend experience. Powered by energetic music trucks, the event delivered an unmatched atmosphere of celebration for hundreds covered in paint and powder who embraced one of the Caribbean's most beloved cultural traditions.
One of the most talked-about additions to the 2026 calendar was the debut of ‘After Dark’, the festival's new grown-and-sexy Pajama-themed nightlife experience.
