POND ISLAND -- People with doctor's appointments will now only need proof of their appointment to be on the road during the continued lock down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. No waiver is needed for appointments on the Dutch side of St. Maarten.

Residents with appointments are only allowed on the road on the day(s) of their appointment and must only travel to and from the doctor's location.

For cross-border doctor's appointments, residents must have proof of appointment as well as Form C signed off by the Minister of Public Health Social Development and Labour. The forms should be sent ahead of the appointments to vsa@sintmaartengov.org.
